This PTSD package is a series of 5 sessions that will free your body and mind from the lasting mental and physical pain of a traumatic event. Traumatic frequencies become stuck in the body after a shocking event. This causes continual shock waves throughout your body and it can seem impossible to free yourself from these energetic restraints. A divorce, death, accident, war, mass shooting, job loss, and relationship loss can all be causes of traumatic distress. Past and present military personnel can carry this trauma with them for many years.
